We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
For custom orders, including customized wallpapers or products with personalized designs, please note that production times may vary. These orders may take longer to fulfill based on the complexity of the customization. We will notify you of the expected shipping timeline once the customization process is complete.
We offer free standard shipping for orders totaling $200 or more (after discounts and before taxes). This offer applies to domestic orders within the United States. If your order total is less than $200, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
For orders under $200, the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to provide accurate shipping rates and options, allowing you to choose a service that fits your needs.
If you need your order delivered sooner, we offer priority shipping (also known as expedited shipping) for an additional fee. This service ensures faster delivery, and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and urgency. Priority shipping is available for most products but may not apply to certain custom or oversized items.
To select this option, simply choose priority shipping at checkout, and your order will be expedited through our preferred carriers. Please note that priority shipping does not affect the production time for custom orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment and check its status directly with the carrier. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view updates, including estimated delivery dates.
Delivery times depend on several factors, such as the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method. While we aim for timely delivery, please keep in mind that delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier issues.
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your orders. The specific carrier and service used will depend on your delivery address and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and includes all relevant details to avoid delays. For military addresses, please select USPS as your shipping carrier during checkout.
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our services to reach global customers in the future. If you wish to purchase items for international delivery, please consider using a third party freight forwarding service.
While we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and delivered on time, slight delays can occur during peak seasons or holidays. Shipping times may also be affected by circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges beyond our control.
Wall Decor Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will make every effort to keep you informed about your order status and assist you with tracking your shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@walldecordesign.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if necessary. In some cases, we may require photos of the damage or proof of loss for our investigation.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Wall Decor Design is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Packaging: We take great care in packaging your products to prevent any damage during transit. However, if you notice any issues with the packaging upon delivery, please notify us immediately.
Holiday Delays: Shipping times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons. We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods to avoid delays.
